About Us
TOKY Supervision System Engineering Limited（TKSSE）is an AIoT system research and development company established in 2022. We are a partner company of Kent Ho Engineering Works Limited (健浩機械工程有限公司) and TOKY Engineering & Consultants Limited (東基工程顧問有限公司).
TKSSE was established from practical engineering needs. After many years of involvement in engineering projects, our management recognised the importance of maintaining a high safety standard while facing manpower and resource challenges on site. For this reason, TKSSE was created to develop 4S-related systems and smart supervision solutions to help improve and maintain safety quality.
We focus on construction site safety management, site work supervision, and logistics management through integrated digital technologies. Most of our products are applied in projects undertaken by both partner companies, allowing us to develop and refine solutions based on real operational needs and site experience.
Our team provides total solutions tailored to customers’ unique requirements, covering data analysis, system design, production, installation, operation, and maintenance to support safer, smarter, and more efficient project delivery.

ISO Certifications
TKSSE has obtained three ISO certifications, reflecting our commitment to quality management, occupational health and safety, and environmental management.
Supporting 4S in Hong Kong
TKSSE supports Smart Site Safety System (4S) development in Hong Kong through digital monitoring, real-time alerts, connected devices, and centralised supervision platforms for construction projects. This direction also reflects the company’s original purpose: to respond to practical safety management needs in engineering works through technology.
Most of our products are already used in projects of our partner companies, creating a practical environment for continuous optimisation and implementation. We have also obtained Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF) support for some of our products, further reflecting industry relevance and local recognition.
